About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applied Psychologist to join our Sandwell Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop effective care plans to support service users with complex mental health needs.
  • Provide brief psychological interventions and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Exercise leadership skills in psychological practice, supervision, and training to support the development of the team and the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
  • Participate in regular reflective practice groups and supervision to ensure high-quality care and support for service users.
