About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applied Psychologist to join our Sandwell Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop evidence-based care plans
  • Provide brief psychological interventions and support to service users and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Participate in regular reflective practice groups and supervision to ensure high-quality care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of psychology services within the CRHTT
