We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary ASD Teacher to join our outstanding SEN school in Brent. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with ASD at Key Stage 4.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with ASD.
  • Create and implement personalised learning plans, ensuring each student's unique abilities and challenges are taken into account.
  • Provide a nurturing and supportive environment where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged to thrive.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure a holistic approach to education.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly to promote continuous growth and development.
  • Utilise specialist resources and assistive technology to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, fostering open communication and involving them in their child's education.
