Role Overview

ClassRoom Support is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with special educational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEN.
  • Providing one-on-one support and guidance to students with SEN.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEN.

Requirements:

  • A valid DBS certificate is required.
  • Proven experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • A relevant qualification in education or SEN is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
  • The ability to adapt teaching materials and methods to suit individual student needs.
  • Participation in training and professional development opportunities to enhance SEN knowledge and skills.
