At Work With Vista Limited, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance and support to individuals and families in need, promoting independence and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Provide support and supervision during outings and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for families.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities, progress, and any incidents that occur during support sessions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is desirable.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting families during challenging times.
  • Basic understanding of personal care tasks and willingness to assist as needed.
  • Knowledge of child protective services regulations and procedures.
  • Valid driver's license is preferable, but not essential.

  • Predominantly Weekends + Extra Hours on Half Terms & Summers.

  • Weekend availability
  • Weekends only

Requirements for the Job:

  • NVQ Level 3 or above.
  • Family Support Work: 2 years (preferred).
  • DBS on the update service (preferred).
  • Driving Licence (required).
