Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Social Work Professional with expertise in Children's Services to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will conduct assessments, provide care management services, and work closely with children and families in need of support.

About the Job:

This position requires a qualified social worker with 2+ years of experience in Children's Social Work teams. You will be responsible for conducting MASH assessments, child protection work, care management, and liaising with other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conducting MASH assessments and child protection work
  2. Providing care management services to children and families
  3. Liaising with other professionals to ensure effective collaboration
  4. Managing a case load and making decisions that prioritize the needs of children and families
  5. Engaging in home visits and court work as required
