Job Title: Head of Retail Compliance Policy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Retail Compliance Policy to lead the creation and implementation of robust compliance policies across our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements to create and maintain an industry-leading complaint environment.
  • Monitor and interpret developments impacting the compliance environment, including regulatory change, changes to regulator guidance and codes, and relevant enforcement action.
  • Ensure business goals, initiatives, and projects are successfully delivered in a compliant manner by partnering with commercial and operational teams to provide subject matter expertise and guidance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure practical application and processes are consistent with stated policies and procedures.
  • Lead the management of compliance incidents and support the investigation of cases raised to the business by external bodies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similarly complex and scaled operating environment.
  • Technical understanding of non-remote regulatory requirements for anti-money laundering, customer due diligence, and safer gambling applicable to the UK and Jersey.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Highly analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
