Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing store profitability while providing industry-leading service on the high street.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Maintain customer retention by providing first-class service, deal with inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Sales: Ensure targets are achieved and exceeded, analyze Oracle reports to inform sales decisions, and manage in-store devices to capitalize on a wider range of products.
- Visual Merchandising: Apply weekly briefs to maintain high visual standards, attract and engage customers, and ensure new product visibility.
- Training & Development: Develop existing team members, hold regular training meetings, and prioritize management development.
- Retail management experience is advantageous.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
