Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our Apparel team at New Balance. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing brand-relevant graphics, prints, and trims for our global key accounts.

This role requires a deep understanding of current graphic and print trends, extensive knowledge of embellishment techniques, and strong collaboration and ideation skills. You will work closely with design leadership and respective team members to produce high-quality designs that meet our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand-relevant graphics, prints, and trims for our global key accounts
  • Collaborate with design leadership and team members to ensure high-quality designs meet brand standards
  • Stay up-to-date with current graphic and print trends, and apply this knowledge to our designs
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Advanced user in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Expert in sketching, illustration, typography, branding, print, and pattern
  • Strong collaboration and ideation skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
