Job Overview

LUMIFIL is a leading manufacturer and producer of high-quality dermal fillers, widely used in the medical and aesthetics market. As a key player in the industry, we are seeking an experienced and creative individual to join our team as a Brand Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing brand identity, and overseeing public relations activities. This is a full-time on-site role located in Warrington, UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and market positioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Oversee public relations activities to maintain a positive brand image
  • Work closely with the sales team to suggest and implement online promotions and brand awareness events
  • Deliver digital brand excellence on all social media platforms
  • Work with customer service to push consistent brand ethics and messages throughout all customer communications
  • Work with senior management to suggest and help create wider brand and sales growth strategies
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing, branding, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
  • Ideally a knowledge of aesthetics, medics, or cosmetic sales / products
