Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Logistics Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring all aspects of materials, plant, tools, and fleet vehicles to ensure compliance with H&S regulations and delivering high-quality works.
The role will involve working with teams to improve the management and operation of construction sites, including plant, materials, and site compounds. The post holder will also be responsible for managing and allocating works to NCC drivers to ensure site requirements are met.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with excellent people skills, detailed knowledge of highway construction practices and processes, and the ability to ensure the team operates effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will also have a strong safety culture and work to high health and safety standards.
The post holder will ideally have Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) and New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) accreditations. A full and current driving license is also required.
