We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Design Manager to join our team, responsible for reviewing design specifications and ensuring suitability and fitness for purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve design specifications to ensure they meet industry standards and regulations
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate operations and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ensure all aspects of mechanical engineering and energy efficiency are taken into account
  • Lead individual design schemes and provide accurate calculations
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement design strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HVAC design and project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets

About the Role:

The HVAC Design Manager will be responsible for leading a team of design engineers and ensuring that all design specifications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and will be able to demonstrate high levels of commercial awareness and leadership.

Travel Requirements:

The role will require occasional travel to live projects across Canada, Denmark, and Spain.
