HVAC Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Estimator to join our team at Parkinson Gray Associates. As a key member of our pre-construction division, you will play a vital role in providing accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems in projects.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse project specifications to develop detailed estimates for plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical components
- Collaborate with various managers to ensure accurate and timely estimates
- Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless project delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in Buildings Services / HVAC
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
