About the Role

This full-time Marketing Executive role involves working on-site in Maidenhead, with occasional travel to High Wycombe and Slough. You will be responsible for designing engaging marketing materials, maintaining our company website, and managing social media content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create eye-catching flyers, invitations, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Write compelling copy for digital adverts, emails, and our website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies, including posting, reporting, and influencer sourcing.
  • Liaise with clients and booking agencies to manage advertising campaigns.
  • Proofread comments on online and offline advertising materials, press releases, and PR materials.
  • Arrange imagery and coordinate approval processes with our PR agency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social media management, preferably in a property context.
  • Sales experience is desirable, as you will support our sales team with administrative tasks.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car for site visits.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
Salary and Benefits
