About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at MacIntyre. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism to live fulfilling lives.

Our team provides 24-hour support to 5 adults, enabling them to develop independence in everyday tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing their finances. You will work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the individuals' physical and emotional well-being.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support. You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, supporting with health and wellbeing, and promoting independence and choice.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with the people we support and their families.

You will be a driver with a manual license, as you will be required to drive service vehicles. You will also have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
