Salary: £58,245 - £77,196 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

In this position, you will lead a team of educators and support staff in creating a positive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of our students. You will develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes, increase engagement, and foster a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a master's degree in education or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience working in education, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrate expertise in student-centred programming and assessment.
