Job Description: As a Front Office Software Manager, you will be responsible for delivering IT Strategy and assisting in revenue-generating and regulatory initiatives. You will ensure that SMBC IT systems provide competitive advantage and actively endorse and promote Diversity and Inclusion opportunities across the board.

You will manage scrums that design and develop new software, integrate with vendor systems, organize on-call rota support, and follow and expand established SDLC processes. You will also be responsible for effective and efficient running of Software Development Scrums consisting of Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage scrums that design and develop new software, integrate with vendor systems, organize on-call rota support, and follow and expand established SDLC processes
- Ensure Release Candidates' integrity, transparent scope management, and timely code lockdowns
- Identify and remove obstacles so that team members can focus on their immediate tasks

Requirements:
- Extensive expertise in Agile methodologies
- Strong numerical and financial skills with the ability to interpret financial information
- Experience with Front Office trading systems and a thorough understanding of development and architecture best practices
- Ability to handle communications at all levels from across the whole business, including Front Office

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
