The Role of a Care Assistant
">As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our clients. Your duties will include supporting individuals to meet their outcomes, promoting independence, and connecting them to local support services. You will also be required to document and report information accurately and maintain professional boundaries.
">Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience as a carer for family or friends is desirable, but not essential. We will provide comprehensive induction training to ensure your success in this position.
