Job Title: Customer Support Specialist - German Speakers

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Bloomberg Customer Support team as a Customer Support Specialist - German Speakers. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and instant messaging
  • Resolving client software and hardware issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and products to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
