Job Title: Senior Asset Engineer

Fugro's Marine Asset Integrity Business is seeking an experienced Senior Asset Engineer to support the company's growth in the offshore energy markets. The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical and Project Teams to ensure the ROV fleet readiness during planning, mobilizations, and offshore operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ROV systems, both technically and operationally, and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ROV fleet readiness during planning, mobilizations, and offshore operations
  • Collaborate with the Technical and Project Teams to ensure the ROV fleet is properly maintained and operated
  • Provide technical support to offshore and onshore teams
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the ROV fleet is properly maintained and upgraded

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the offshore ROV industry
  • Strong understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, electronics, and high voltage systems
  • Educated to HNC/HND Level or equivalent completed apprenticeship in a relevant discipline
  • High attention to detail with analytic and problem-solving skills
