About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our Private Client team at Page Personnel Finance.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing administrative support to lawyers and paralegals, with a strong focus on diary management, email administration, and document scanning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, as well as ensuring seamless communication between team members.
  • Email Administration: Managing emails, prioritizing tasks, and escalating urgent issues to senior staff members.
  • Document Scanning: Scanning and saving mail to the document management system, organizing files, and preparing necessary responses.
  • Project Coordination: Prioritizing multiple projects, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Team Support: Providing administrative assistance to lawyers and paralegals, including checking voicemails, responding to queries, and maintaining practice area organization.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a law firm or legal services provider.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as A-levels or equivalent, and excellent communication skills.
