Rehabilitation Team Member

We are seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our Community Rehabilitation Team, who can demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work as part of a multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing occupational therapy services that promote social inclusion and recovery.
- To conduct specialist assessments and provide interventions to support service users in achieving their goals.
- To collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and outcome measures.
- To provide clinical supervision and training to junior staff, promoting excellence in occupational therapy practice.

Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

- Experience working with individuals with severe and complex mental health needs, with a focus on social inclusion and recovery models of care.
- Strong knowledge of assessment, care planning, and evaluation processes, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,890 - £49,900 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous annual leave allowance and opportunities for career progression.
