Care Coordinator

At CV-Library, we are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team in Maidstone, Kent.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality residential care that meets the individual needs of residents and maintains the home's standards.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for caring for all Residential residents within the home, ensuring their personal care and attention needs are met.
- Oversight of care provision, identification of shortfalls, and rectification of staff performance issues will be a key aspect of this role.
- Audit, action, and review of standards within Residential units will be carried out to ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
- Formulation, implementation, and maintenance of Residential care plans will be a key responsibility, ensuring accurate record-keeping and liaison with residents, relatives, and staff.
- Provision and supervision of Residential care, acting as a resource for the caring team and identifying training needs, will be essential.
- Maintenance of personal hygiene and infection control measures will be a top priority.
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant who can provide leadership and guidance to the care team.
- A strong understanding of statutory and legal requirements, such as Health & Safety and the Care Standards Act, is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, relatives, and staff.
- Accurate record-keeping and data management skills are also required.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role is preferred.
