About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Childcare Professional at Grandir UK. This role involves working closely with children, parents, and colleagues to provide exceptional care and support.

Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Deliver high-quality childcare services that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to creating engaging activities and programs that promote learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
