About the Role

The PeoplePlus Chief Information Office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MI Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our MI team, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence, data warehouse, and analytics solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) routines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Perform data profiling and data cleansing to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Create BI dashboards and reports to provide insights and support business decision-making.
  • Work with the MI team to integrate analytic solutions into enterprise applications following an Agile development methodology.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft technology stack, including SQL Server, Power BI, and Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
