About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MI Analyst to join our Chief Information Office at PeoplePlus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence, data warehouse, and analytics solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop ETL routines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Perform data profiling and data cleansing to ensure high-quality data.
  • Design and develop BI dashboards and reports to provide insights and inform business decisions.
  • Work with the MI team to integrate analytic solutions into enterprise applications using Agile development methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technology stack, including SQL Server, Power BI, and Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote-based role with occasional travel for key meetings.
