Area Sales Manager - Southern Home Counties

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Southern Home Counties region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts and building relationships with builders merchants and distributors to drive sales growth and revenue.

This is a home-based field sales role that requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be supported by our ongoing training and development programs to help you continuously improve and reach your professional potential.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and a hunger for success. They will be able to work in a dynamic team culture and be proactive in identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and building relationships with builders merchants and distributors
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to our customers
  • Working closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
