Job Title: Sustainability and Maintenance Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Sustainability and Maintenance Lead. As a key member of our Building Services Directorate, you will play a vital role in shaping our approach to sustainability and maintenance of our housing stock and corporate assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure the long-term sustainability and maintenance of our properties, while also meeting regulatory requirements and delivering value to our residents.

You will work closely with our senior management team to inform budget setting and strategic decisions concerning repair, refurbishment, acquisition, disposal, and estate renewal.

  • A strong background in sustainability, maintenance, or a related field.
