Revitalisation Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Revitalisation Lead to join our team at the Diocese of Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our rejuvenate strategy to focus on children, families, and young people.

The successful candidate will have experience in building capacity for revitalisation measures and projects, with a strong understanding of the importance of fostering a community of Jesus-centred, Kingdom-seeking disciples.

As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for planting/transplanting new congregations to focus on outreach and younger generations, with a commitment to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workforce that represents our context and wider community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to increase church attendance and growth;
• Fostering relationships with local communities and organisations to promote our mission and values;
• Leading and mentoring teams to achieve our vision and goals.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organisation.
