We are seeking a Category Lead to manage a group of product categories and achieve financial targets.

This role involves managing working capital, developing category strategies, and building strong relationships with suppliers.

The successful candidate will require:

  • Knowledge of the roofing products market;

  • An ability to work strategically to meet organisational goals;
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical abilities;

This is a national, field-based role, reporting to the Commercial Director.

The Category Lead will be responsible for the sales and gross margins of their categories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the roofing products market and be able to develop effective category strategies.

They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Category Lead will play a key role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

They will work closely with the Commercial Director and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader and have a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

They will also have a strong understanding of the company's values and be able to demonstrate how they align with the company's mission.
