Academics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in New Forest. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic individual to provide crucial support to teachers and enhance the learning experience for secondary school students. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in adapting teaching materials for different learning styles and supporting students with SEN in a mainstream classroom.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting teachers in mainstream classrooms
- Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong passion for education and a commitment to supporting students with SEN. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a flexible approach to meeting the needs of students.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.
