Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents with medication management and administration.
- Participate in care planning and review meetings to ensure individualised care plans are in place.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
