As a Mechanical Equipment Operator, you will be part of the tool-making team, responsible for maintaining and repairing all injection moulding and press tools on site.

Notable Benefits:

A salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 based on experience, Monday to Friday working hours (with half-day Fridays), 25 days' annual leave, pension scheme, life insurance, and free on-site parking.

Job Duties:

  • Support the tool engineering team in completing all maintenance tasks.
  • Showcase your expertise in injection moulding tools.
  • Regularly perform maintenance, health and safety, and environmental checks.
  • Gain knowledge of press/deep drawing tools.
  • Ensure timely repair and maintenance of all moulds, jigs, fixtures, and extruded parts to meet production needs and quality expectations.
  • Design and produce spare parts according to drawings or use your initiative to create new components.
  • Achieve the highest level of polish quality on purchased parts and moulds to maintain the company's high standards.
