Your new company is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their specialist compliance and reporting team. This is a Midlands based role that will service multinational inbound and UK listed groups.
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for advising on tax efficiencies, corporate tax compliance management and tax advisory services. You will provide reviews of asset base and strategy of companies to maximise tax incentives such as capital allowance and research and development regimes.
You will play a key role in co-ordinating overseas and remote teams for projects and have the opportunity to get involved with tax software development, including technical research and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on tax efficiencies and corporate tax compliance management
- Providing reviews of asset base and strategy to maximise tax incentives
- Co-ordinating overseas and remote teams for projects
- Getting involved with tax software development and technical research
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Client-focused and strategically and commercially aware
- Strong UK tax technical skills
- Experience in a range of tax technical areas, including BEPS, deferred tax and tax depreciation
