Your Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Help customers find the perfect products tailored to their lifestyle and requirements, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Process orders and dispensing of glasses and contact lenses, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide aftersales support through adjustments, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks associated with the store, including data entry and inventory management.
