About the Opportunity

As a Retail Assistant, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch service to our customers and patients. Your Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Help customers find the perfect products tailored to their lifestyle and requirements.
- Process orders and dispensing of glasses and contact lenses.
- Provide aftersales support through adjustments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve common goals.
- Perform administrative tasks associated with the store, with full training provided.
About You
