Research Associate in Bayesian Statistics and AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our team at The International Society for Bayesian Analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of novel statistical inference tools in Bayesian Statistics and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply novel statistical inference tools in Bayesian Statistics and AI
  • Collaborate with leading researchers in the field of Bayesian Statistics and AI
  • Contribute to the development of novel, flexible, and computationally tractable spatio-temporal statistical inference tools
  • Apply statistical inference tools to real-world problems in global health and ecology

Requirements:

  • PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong background in Bayesian Statistics and AI
  • Excellent programming skills in languages such as R or Python
  • Experience with machine learning and statistical inference tools
