Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have experience in planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects and programs. They will also have supported the development of healthcare estate strategies and authored business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC), estate / property strategies, property target operating models, and change management.
  • Support the development of healthcare estate strategies and author business cases.
  • Engage with clients at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects and programs.
  • Manage complex datasets and provide perceptive and well-supported analysis to drive evidence-based solutions.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification (Bachelor's degree).
  • Project Management Qualification (Prince 2 or MSP) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Business Case Writing Skills or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Previous experience of working collaboratively and managing change across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Project Management planning and organizational skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Relevant industry qualification (Surveying, Engineering, Financial, Accounting).
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Better Business Case Accreditation.
  • Experience of strategic infrastructure programs in large/complex organizations.
