KHR Recruitment Specialists is pleased to partner with a local fulfilment service provider in Paddock Wood, Kent.

The salary for this role is £28,000 per annum. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment with the potential for a permanent contract after 12 weeks. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in processing goods-out, replenishing stock, picking orders, packing orders, sorting stock, maintaining general cleanliness of the warehouse, and adhering to H&S regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing goods-out
  • Replenishing stock
  • Picking orders
  • Packing orders
  • Sorting stock
  • Maintaining general cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Adhering to H&S regulations
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as advised by the Warehouse Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a similar fulfilment environment
  • An adequate understanding of the English language for H&S purposes
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse
  • To own and wear a pair of safety boots
