About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions, including spinal injuries.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature is necessary to provide high-quality care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work the specified hours.
