As a Residential Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver person-centered care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for our young people.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 21 years or older due to Ofsted regulations.
  • Driving is preferred but not essential.
