Job Title: Training and Compliance Support Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Compliance Support Officer to join our team at Signature Aviation Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering non-regulated technical training and support auditing functions in collaboration with the Quality Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality professional training courses and materials
  • Accompany employees off-site to evaluate training courses and facilitate progress monitoring
  • Maintain training materials in line with regulatory and organisational changes
  • Ensure training materials are appropriate for each course and individual requirements
  • Design training materials that reflect company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry developments
  • Perform aircraft training induction surveys, particularly when a new type is added to the approval
  • Upkeep and oversight of the technical library database, including ongoing revisions to maintenance manuals when necessary
  • Review and generate appropriate checklists and forms associated with the role
  • Ensure an adequate knowledge of audit and applicable regulations
  • Arrange audits with relevant departments or contracted activity providers
  • Identify and record non-conformities and opportunities for improvement, providing supporting evidence
  • Conduct debriefing sessions with auditees and designated personnel, reaching agreement on findings
  • Generate audit reports and complete paperwork, filing within the company's chosen electronic audit software system
  • Follow up on findings with relevant managers or nominated personnel
  • Carry out administrative tasks associated with all areas of responsibility
  • Provide advice, assistance, and information to teams and departments within the organisation as needed

Requirements:

  • Completed or working towards a recognised auditor course
  • Strong understanding of compliance monitoring system principles and concepts
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Willing and able to travel for the role, both within the company site and internationally
  • Effective project management and minimal oversight
  • Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive in implementing new systems and initiatives
  • Builds and maintains successful relationships, discreet with sensitive information
  • Excellent task planning, prioritisation, and delegation
  • Professional 'can-do' attitude; adaptable and open to change
  • Detail-oriented, diligent, and maintains high integrity
  • Self-motivated, works independently, and collaborates well as a team member
