About the Role
We are seeking a part-time Waking Night Project Worker to join our team at Oakmead in Weston Turville. As a Waking Night Project Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, responding to their needs and providing support as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including health and safety tasks and domestic chores
- Work as part of a dedicated team to deliver an excellent service to our clients
- Be flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues using different methods according to their needs
