Night Project Worker

The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Project Worker to join our team in Newton Longville, near Bletchley, Milton Keynes. As a Night Project Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users, responding to their needs and providing support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to service users, including health and safety tasks and domestic chores.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent service to our service users.
- Be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work, including working shifts and weekends.
- Have a commitment to equality and diversity and take a positive approach to supporting people with learning disabilities.
