Manufacturing Engineer Position
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Omega Resource Group Careers in Lincoln. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machines, ensuring processed parts conform to drawings, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC machines with precision and efficiency
- Ensuring processed parts meet quality standards
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- SUPPORTING THE TEAM IN CARRYING OUT ALTERNATIVE TASKS AS REQUIRED
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in CNC machining and turning principles
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use standard measuring equipment
- Familiarity with CNC lathe operation and programming
Salary and Benefits:
- A salary of £24,995 to £32,340 per annum, inclusive of shift allowance
- A comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career progression
Working Hours:
- Rotating shifts, Monday to Thursday 6am to 1:35pm or 1:25pm to 9:05pm, Friday 12:35pm to 7pm
