In the Economic Consulting team, we provide specialist economics services to corporates, government, economic regulators, and their legal advisors.

Job Description: Lead Economist

As a Lead Economist in our competition and disputes space, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leveraging your expertise to develop and maintain relationships with legal firms, KCs, and litigation funders.
  • Leading thought leadership initiatives in your area of expertise.
  • Analyzing and managing cases in the competition and disputes space.
  • Contributing to the senior management team responsible for the economic consulting practice.
Your Expertise Matters

We're looking for someone with significant experience working across litigation cases, preferably at the Competition Appeals Tribunal, High Court, International Arbitration, or another judicial setting.

You should have a strong network of contacts, particularly with legal firms, and be eager to leverage that network and build it further.

A postgraduate education in economics, holding an MSc and/or PhD in a relevant economic discipline, is required.

Your substantial experience within the competition and disputes space, gained from an economic consultancy and/or potentially at a law firm or competition authority, will be highly valued.

Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
