Job Description

We are seeking a Property Law Attorney to join our team at Austin Fraser in Rayleigh. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of conveyancing matters, including:

  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and documents
  • Conducting searches and due diligence
  • Managing client expectations and communicating effectively
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and regulation

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property law, a minimum of 3 years' experience in conveyancing, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A competitive salary of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available, along with a good bonus and flexible working arrangements.
