Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser in Rayleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to progress their career in conveyancing.

As a Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all types of conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion. This will include:

  • Registered and unregistered sales and purchases
  • Freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions
  • Remortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy schemes
  • Land Registry applications

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law and a minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing. You will also need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. In addition to a good bonus, you will enjoy flexible/hybrid working arrangements, offering job security and progression opportunities.
