Senior Technologist

We are looking for a skilled Senior Technologist to join our Warehouse Operations team at ORTHO-TEAM AG. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by maintaining and optimizing our technologies.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
• Identify and report any issues or defects with equipment or systems.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement improvements to processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations and logistics teams.
• Manage contractors and vendors as needed.

• Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in automation or complex MHE environments.
• Strong foundation in PLC-based controls systems and experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery.

The estimated salary for this position is around €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, a pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
