About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team in Birmingham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Job Description

In this rewarding position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to our service users. This will involve assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores, as well as engaging in activities that promote social interaction and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personalized support and care to service users
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Engaging in activities that promote social interaction and community involvement
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence (due to company car requirements)
  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
